Can you deliver and set-up my cake?
Yes, whether you have a wedding cake or another cake, we will be happy to deliver. Charges are based upon location.

How many people can come with me for my cake consultation?
Due to space limitations we ask that there be no more than a total of 4. Let us know how many to expect, so we can make sure to have enough for all.

I would like different flavors of cake, do you charge extra?
We do not charge for different flavors per tier. Please view the pricing guides for more information about this topic.

Is the top tier of my wedding cake included in the servings of the cake?
No. The top tier is a complimentary anniversary tier, due to the tradition of saving it for your one year anniversary. The remaining tiers will be sufficient for your guests.

Should I find my own cake topper?
This depends on what you are looking for. If it is something that we can make or order, then we will be happy to do so for the cost of the product. Otherwise you will be responsible to find your own cake topper.

I would like flowers on my cake, what are my options?
We will be happy to place edible flowers, fresh or silk on your cake. If you choose fresh or silk flowers then you will be responsible to order these yourself, unless otherwise mentioned at cake consultation.

What is the difference between fondant and buttercream?
Fondant is a type of European icing that is similar to a dough. We can tint it to just about any color and is also available in different flavors. The major flavors offered are vanilla and chocolate. We roll this icing out like dough and place it on the cake.  Buttercream is a type of icing that Americans are more used to. It is a sweet, creamy texture that is a buttery flavor and can be flavored with other flavorings as well. You find this type of icing on most cakes sold at supermarkets.
